greatcalicoAfter a week or more of silence on Dreamwidth, I break out of my DW-y shell to post my first journal update, pipsy inspired. End of the month, too!
In retrospect, it probably makes a bit more sense in the scheme of things to post on the first of June. That being said, I have things to do tomorrow. Chop chop, hustle hustle. Said things are "lie around", "participate in my friend's fairy DNDish thing", and maybe "learn how to drive"??? Guess I'll find out.
I'll admit - I do not have a lot of interesting things to talk about today of all days. My life has been a bit dull, but in the best of ways. The nice calm (not before the storm but after) of going off to summer break. I forgot how much anxiety and awfulness school fosters for me. That being said, there are a lot of fun things coming up!
This Sunday: Vulfpeck concert, doors at 7pm. Gonna get there earlier, though. Get a good spot, reallll close to the stage.
Next Sunday: Fly to D.C. for the ACI Summer Leadership Program!
Sometime before that Sunday, hopefully: new necklace coming in the mail.
So, that's what is coming up. Exciting!

I think everyone on here who's subscribed knows me personally so far, but I can't assume that it will always, permanently be that way. Here's a little introduction to me:
My name is Megan. At the time of posting this, I'm 18 years old. I'm currently going to college and majoring in something like art. My minor, I hope, will be writing. In 4+ years, I hope to work in an art museum or in disability activism, hopefully in the same area I currently live on similar: southern California.
I'm autistic (with a myriad of other diagnoses, more forthcoming most likely), asexual (otherwise confused/neutral about my orientation), a massive lover of cats, and an avid podcast fan. Right now, I'm listening to CoolGames Inc., but I'm also a fan of Welcome to Night Vale, Alice Isn't Dead, Criminal, Stuff You Should Know, and Invisibilia (amongst otherrssss). My music preferences are constantly shifting, but, of course... Vulfpeck. Plus: San Cisco, Fun., Young the Giant, & Regina Spektor, sometimes.
That's all a bit boring, a little elementary, but I've never been quite good at describing myself. Hopefully it will serve for future conversations or general information. I'm happy to answer questions, anyway!
